directv stream on Firestick

I recently downloaded Directv Stream. It works fine until I set up a home theater with Echo Dot speakers where it freezes after about 15 minutes. This happens on 2 different Firesticks. One is brand new. They are both the latest versions of the firestick and have all of the necessary updates. My internet connection is very fast. I dont get the freezing on other apps like Netflix and Disney+. After I delete the home theater on Alexa everything works fine. Any ideas why this is happening? Amazon has opened a trouble ticket for this issue. I just wanted to present it to Directv also.
