Directv stream mobile app

The mobile app is not working. I login and it just takes me back to the sign in page. I have uninstalled it, restarted my phone and reinstalled but still the same.

Do your credentials work on other devices? Has this been an issue in the past? Are you using the most up-to-date DIRECTV app? What device are you using to stream and what OS is it running?

Sounds as though you have some app or setting blocking the app. VPN, extensions,, firewall,etc. What type of mobile device? Any upgrades recently?

The app works fine on my PC.. only have a problem on my Pixel phone. The app has always worked there with no problem until the last Pixel update. As I previously stated, I uninstalled the app.. cleared everything from my phone an restarted it, reinstalled the app and made sure everything was set properly and still can't sign in. When I put my user name and password in, the screen changes to directv quickly and then goes back to the sign in screen. I again checked and all app permissions are on.

Those results are similar to a PC when certain extensions, VPN, or blocker is installed, causing the service to not load. Just may be the phone. Has it ever worked?

The app has always worked with no problems on my phone until this past week. I have no problem with using it on my PC.

Anything take place last week like an update, etc? Besides, the app on the PC is not the same as the app on the phone.

Have you checked the permissions for the app on the phone?

Also, is location services on? If so, try turning off then back on. Then try the app again.

Yes, I had a phone update this past week. I checked and all permissions are on including location services.

Sounds like the update and the app are not in sync. Is this when the issue first started?

I received a response from support telling me to PM them to check my credentials and subscription but I have no idea how to PM them. There is no where here on this page to PM them??? So confusing!
