DIRECTV help

We had an issue with the Apps (it was taking a long time to pull up, then just going back to the DIRECTV screen) and called for help. The representative was very helpful, professional and patient. We had to reset the box and then needed to call again to get help to reprogram the remote to pair with our TV and receiver. The second representative was also knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Both my husband and I were positively impressed with the level of service and assistance we received!
