DirecTV Gemeni Air Does Not Pair With Any Bluetooth Devices

I have been shipped two Gemeni air devices after the first one would not pair any bluetooth headset after trying four different model headsets.  A week later I received a replacement Gemeni air device.  I experienced the same issues.  I have unpaired all bluetooth devices from my LG TV as well as all other smart phones and tablets.  Nevertheless, neither Gemeni device will pair any of the headsets.

Hi, @jim1827. We're sorry if the issue occurred again after replacing your Gemini Air. Please try resetting your device, then go to Menu > System > Remotes & Devices on your TV. Your device will show on the screen, and you can select Connect. It will immediately remove audio from the TV, and it will be playing through the headphones. Let us know how it goes. Are you doing it from settings....remotes/devices....add Bluetooth?

I have tried the "reset your device" advise on both Gemeni air devices and all bluetooth devices (4 different headset ) still will not connect.  However, it connects flawlessly with the older generation Gemeni ospry (with ethernet and usb ports) device.


NEED HELP?
