DIRECTV cable box

I visited the att store for my phone service. The salesman told me I could get DIRECTV free for a month. After the month I could cancel the service. Keep the box. I signed up for the service. When I got outside to my car an alert came to my phone the I was charged $84 for my DIRECTV service. I went back in the store to ask why was I billed for the free month service. My $84 was refunded. I tried to give the box back the salesman told me he couldn’t take the box back. It belonged to me. Over a month later DIRECTV charged my account $110 for the box the salesman would not take back after he charged me for the free months service. Today I have spoken to 4 people over the phone 3 promising my refund. One was a supervisor. She told me to mail the box back and they would refund my money. I went to the post office. I was told I needed a shipping label. I called back. Spoke with another supervisor. This one named Javae, told me I would not get a refund. The box was mine. I was taken advantage of at the att store to make a sale. Again to charge my account for a box that is no good to me that I never used. The date I was in the store was 10/15. The date funds were taken from my account was 11/29.

Your best bet would be to try customer service one more time if you still do not get your refund then I would file a BBB (Better Business Bureau) complaint as those complaints go to the corporate office.
