Hi there. I'll be happy to provide you the steps on how to access your recordings. Using the DIRECTV remote? Press the LIST button to go to your recorded shows. You can also:

Go to Directv and select My Library.
Choose a title from your list to watch. Or, select Upcoming Recordings to see what’s scheduled to record.

For other devices, go to https://www.directv.com/support and search for "Record and watch with cloud DVR".

What streaming device?

Useless response. Read problem statement. 

Getting same function in LG magic remote is what I seek. 

As been requested, what streaming device are you using? There is no app for the LG Smart TV, so you must be using a streaming device? WebOS is not supported. You need to use the remote with associated with the streaming device.

There is no app for the LG Smart TV. DirecTV Stream does not support WebOS. What streaming device are you using? You must use the remote for the streaming device.

Are you using an app on your tv...a firestick...roku...apple tv  or a Dtv Device? What functions are you lookiing for?
