Cost and TV good. Customer Service horrible.

Pros:  Plans are competive and TV has great picture.  

Cons:  Customer service is bad.  Do not start service by calling their marketing department.  They will quote good prices, but not talk about additonal fees and expiration dates.  For sure, do not use the Gemini Air devices, which are expensive and Roku remotes work better.  We have 2 Gemini Air devices on a "trial basis".  We returned one to Directv by free UPS.  It was "lost", even though Directv in a chatline stated they knew the mail label was activated.  I will have to pay for monthly rental fees for 2 years and a lost fee of $120 at the end.  I offered to pay the lost fee now, but they don't care about customers.  I would be a loyal and happy customer forever, but I will cancel after 2 years because I can't trust this company.  It is a real shame!
