Cloud DVR recordings do not give me option to Watch Now, only Delete Recording

Shows that I have setup to record show up in my library, but when I select one instead of showing the screen that lets me choose to Watch Now or Delete Recording, I get a window showing the Episode number and title with the option to Delete Recording, no other option. I have talked with support twice and if uninstalling the App and reinstalling it or unplugging the TV for 30 seconds doesn't fix the issue, they seem completely clueless.

Maybe it is time to cancel and try another streaming service.

Streaming on SAMSUNG QN55S95BAFXZA TV

I would try streaming on an external device as there are a lot of bugs in the Samsung app for Directv.  Getting a Roku device or Firestick or even a DirecTV box would be better than using the app through your TV.  This has been a known issue for a very long time. Even streaming from a computer or tablet would be a better experience. Hope this helps.
