Care Codes are DirecTV satellite errors, not DirecTV Streaming errors. Are you a subscriber to DirecTV Streaming. The 2 services are different subscription services. Are you a previous satellite user using the same credentials? If so you need to use different credentials,

We have the streaming service (and have never had satellite). We're also getting a Care Code 600 error (prior to that, just a black screen), when it was working last night. We've rebooted the TV, Firestick (not new), and even uninstalled/reinstalled the app. We are able to stream it on the iPad.
So I don't think Care Codes are Satellite only. And I'd love a fix for this. ;)

There use to be 2 different apps for the services. Now they have combined both services into one app. So the codes/errors are now combined in one app for both services. Not sure why you are receiving the error on a Fire Stick because the satellite service is not supported on streaming devices just mobile devices.

I'm gonna guess that they've also combined their Care Codes because I see someone else getting the CC 600 on streaming in another thread. Do you know what that CC600 means?

No idea. Might try Google for it. You may not get a hit for DirecTV but the info may give you something to look at.

Nope, because I googled (and ended up here) and we're watching a game (that we're casting from the iPad to the TV)... so, don't want to take an hour with support right now. 😂 (I can usually find things myself on Google, but this one is weird because I keep running into "this is Satellite" which is not currently true.)

No... but the iPad is using the same modem/router and it's working. #shrug Hubby is on the phone with support right now (the game isn't going so well, so it's in the background :)). We're to the "change your password" stage (though it works on computer log in and on the iPad).

Hah! Just for your edification since you help out a lot... While he was on the phone, the guy next to him on another call had someone with the same problem. :D So it's now in the database. And it will be fixed by Wednesday. 😳

Happened to me last night after i connected to expressvpn .. disconnected from express vpn was able to get in.

Using a VPN is highly discouraged and may result in termination of your subscription. Use of a VPN hides your actual location, thus paid advertisers are not allowed to reach targeted subscribers.

Still out for me. My phone is no longer working. My TV isn't working. I cleared the cache and nothing, I then deleted the app on the TV and now it won't let me sign in. Says carecode 600. I know my login is correct. This is stupid.
