Can’t record on local channel on DIRECTV Stream
When I try to record an upcoming program on a local channel, I get the message “Whoops, (program name) is over. it’s finished airing, so it can’t be recorded anymore. Sorry about that.” I can record shows like “911” on this same channel in the future, just not local shows. I called the help line and the gentleman I spoke with was utterly clueless and told me I had to wait for the show to come on and then press record. He then said something about waiting on approvals from some commission. Can anyone help with this. Thanks

As you discovered, Support is often clueless. The "program is over" error is odd. What time zone are you in and does the program guide time match with yours?
