C71KW-400 won’t finish booting

There is a known outage with the Gemini (C71kw-400) and Gemini Air devices. We are aware of the situation and can assure you that our team is working extra hard to fix it as soon as possible. 
A big part of our customers with this issue resolved it by following these steps:
-Unplug and replug your DIRECTV STREAM box from your power outlet.
-Let’s do a hard reset by pressing the red reset button located on the right-side panel of your streaming box, press and holding it for 20 seconds. Once we do the hard reset. You’ll need to pair the remote control again by pressing the fast-forward and rewind button simultaneously for 5 - 10 seconds. 
- Select your home Wi-Fi network.

I found the reset button it’s on the side of the device. The video on the DirecTV website was helpful as it pointed me in the right direction. I did have to re-pair the remote and sign in to the apps again however the device is back up and functioning normally. Thanks for the help.
