AT&T Internet Air and Gemini

I've been using my Gemini box for a couple years connected via ethernet cable to Xfinity Internet with no issues.

I now have AT&T Internet Air and can't use the ethernet cable, so I have to use WiFi.

The Gemini says its connected to my WiFi but it doesn't work.  I found some posts in the Forums here about it, but I haven't been able to make it work.

Any suggestions?

Reset both the Gemini and the AT&T unit, and it now works.  Thanks for the help!

I just get a blank screen, then it shows the screen to trouble shoot the internet connection.

When I trouble shoot the internet connection, it say everything is connected.

Sorry I wasn't clear.

Would photos be helpful?

Yes, photos would be helpful. I’m a bit confused on why the Ethernet wouldn’t work with the router you are using with AT&T Internet Air.

If you were using the Gemini on another company's Internet, factory reset the Gemini before you try to hook up to the new AT&T Internet Air.

I have AT&T Internet Air with a Direct TV unit on 1 TV and ROKU on the other TV's in my house.  For the past few days I have not been able to open Direct TV on any ROKU units.  It worked fine for previous months.  I have reset the Internet Air unit a couple of times, but it still does not work.

If DirecTV Stream is working on your DirecTV Unit, then your internet service is fine. You might need to delete and reinstall the DirecTV Stream app on your Roku.
