AT&T DirecTV Android TV Wireless
If I buy a AT&T DirecTV Android TV Wireless from Ebay, can I activate DTV Stream? (I currently don't use/have the service). I refuse to have a contract and was told by a rep that even I pay full price; I will still have a 2-year contract.

Yes, I think so. Just ensure that the DIRECTV STREAM box you purchase from eBay is fully removed from the previous owner’s account, otherwise issues will arise when you attempt to sign in on the box.
