Asking me to start free trial

When im trying to log in to directv on my roku smart tv, it only gives me the option of starting a Free trial or log out.

You need to use different credentials. It confuses the system. Known issue for a long time. Many posts on the issue. Login to your DirecTV Stream account and change your email address. Delete the app, reinstall and use the new email.

Are you a previous DirecTV or AT&T subscriber or have linked accounts? Using the same credentials on the services?

Yes, we signed up for both Directv and At&t (fiber and cell) about a week ago. I have the same username (email) and password on both.
