Six months ago, I was able to get BYU TV and the Weather Channel. I cannot get either now. Why?

What streaming service, satellite or streaming? What streaming device are you using? DirecTV Stream does not currently offer BYU TV as part of their lineup, but DirecTV Satellite does on channel 374.
