Unsubscribe

You will need to do that yourself.

Click on your profile avatar in the upper right corner of the page.  Click on Profile Settings from that popup.

Click on the Notifications & Preferences Tab

Slide the Email slider near the top to the left (Off)

Scroll down to near the bottom and click "Save Notification Preferences"

On your profile page you can also disconnect account if you want to remove completely.

Though you've been on the forum for a while, it shows this as your only post. So it shouldn't be affecting you as nothing to be notified about at this time.
