@juking68 are you referring to DIRECTV or DIRECTV STREAM? And, what three devices are you trying to stream on (include the third device that doesn’t work as well as the error code)?
Also, how are you ‘paying’ for three? Automatically, DIRECTV STREAM gives 20 simultaneous streams with all packages at no cost. Three streams are given away from home however you don’t ‘pay’ extra for that either.
With regular DIRECTV satellite, you automatically get live TV on devices with the DIRECTV app, and I recall that there is no stream limit. If I’m wrong, please correct, thanks.

Do you have DirecTV or DIRECTV STREAM? They are 2 separte providers so please be clear on the exact name of your service.
What are the "devices" you are trying to stream on? What happens when you try to use them?
A lot more details will be needed to try and help.
