Remote turns tv back on
I put a different TV on my DirecTv Stream box and now when I hit the OFF button on the remote, both TV and box turn off, but a second or two after, the TV powers back on.

Nevermind. I reprogrammed my remote using Settings and all's well now. Thanks for the help!
