Question for DirecTV Board of Directors

This isn’t a forum of DIRECTV employees, but rather customers just like you. I suggest you call in order to express your concern. I’m sure the agent can pass the info onto the right team and hopefully give you an affirmative answer. Although, these are tough times for DIRECTV as they go through the disputes. Hopefully, we can see a return of NEWSMAX to the lineup soon.

There are employees and agents of DirecTV on this Forum, I just had that verified on the AT7T Forum.

True. But, directvhelp doesn’t consist of the ‘brightest’ agents and the employees that rarely ever post on here likely aren’t going to relay your request. The most feasible solution is just calling in. It will do you way better wonders than here, and I mean that in a positive way because I want to save you the time and hassle.

The agents (if that is what you want to call them) are only supplemental 1st level support employees that handle minor issues and provide FAQ notes for subscribers. They primarily work from scripts that are readily available in their support documents. In fact, it is common for them to re-direct answers to the support documents that are on-line.
