Payment that Directv cannot find from June 20, 2023

I am beyond frustrated with Directv & their customer support! I have been calling numerous times to have them locate a duplicate payment I made in June 2023.  The payment they can’t locate is a check that was sent to their PO Box in Carol Stream, IL.  The check cleared my bank on 6/20/23 ($156.84) and the $$ went to AT & T Services.  The last call I made I asked for a supervisor and I never got a call back.  Of course now I am getting emails that my July payment was not received and that they may shut off my TV services.   Help!!
