OAN Network

This is a public forum and we are customers just like you. We don’t have that channel either. Some of us as customers who enjoy that channel also can’t watch it anymore, so nothing that ‘you want us to see’. The contract with OANN ended a couple months ago and I don’t believe DIRECTV plans to add it back anytime soon. You can try calling them and asking about OAN. (Number in my greeting below)

There are many people who would love to get that channel brought back but unfortunately, they are not going to do that any time soon.  So that being the case the best thing you can do is 1.) You can stream it for free on PlutoTV but this is not live TV it is all prerecorded OR 2.) You can subscribe to it for $4.99 a month and get Live streaming here https://live.oann.com/ OR 3.) Find a Different TV provider that does have OANN but that is hard to come by anymore!

We have a right to watch the channels we want

Not quite true. You have the right to watch the channels you want out of those channels that are available. You do not have the right to dictate what channels they carry. If they don’t provide the channels you want, you are free to take your business elsewhere.

Apparently you don't understand your rights.

DirecTV has the right to carry or not any channel it chooses (with permission from the channel owner of course). As announced at the beginning of the year, they decide to not renew the agreement with OANN and simply let the current one run out. That finished over 2 months ago.

You have the right to watch or not what you decide on, of what is available. You do not have the right to instruct DirecTV carry a channel they don't want.

Since you don't own the channel or the TV provider, your demand means nothing. If you cannot live without OANN then you will need to seek elsewhere for it.

That ship has sailed.
