According to DIRECTV, they didn’t want to pat carriage fees for NEWSMAX because currently newsmax offers their programming free of charge on their independent streaming service for a variety of devices like phones, tablets, and streaming devices. 
You’ve reached a public forum full of customers so we are not at all responsible for what went down yesterday. 

I will agree that this outcome comes with the loss of countless customers who rely on NEWSMAX for news. Especially, of course, that they already dropped OANN which disappointed the conservative market (customers) off the bat. 

Hopefully they settle an agreement soon. That’s  all we can positively say about NEWSMAX’s reappearance on DIRECTV.

Otherwise, you cancel and find a different priced live TV provider that offers the channels you want to watch for a cheaper rate.  

Directv pays CNN and allows them not one channel, but three.  CNN has the viewership these days of a YouTube channel.  So take one of those under-used CNN channels and give it to Newsmax.

I suspended my Directv today.  Unless Newsmax comes back, I'll make that a "close my account" next week.
