DirecTV has dropped the network. Google for the details. Newsmax is free anyway. Just download the app and enjoy.

DirectV has done it again.  First they cancelled OAN and I put up with it because NEWSMAX was still there.  Now they nave dropped NEWSMAX.  This Communist provider has gone too far.  DirectV cannot stand the truth. Now they try to peddle a cost issue about Newsmax  Bull crap.  As much as I hate to go back to cable, time to investigate what they are offering. 

Just download the app and watch live free. 

I don't want to constantly switch between apps, unless Directtv reinstated Newsmax I'm moving to another streaming platform!

Well, you have no choice now. Either use the app or seek another service. There are options.

The choice is Directtv's either lose customers, or reinstate Newsmax. I've seen these disputes get resolved in the past, Directv do the right thing for your customers. 

I will be getting another service. For TV, internet and phone.. That's over $270 a month they won't get anymore.  Now that Gibson Connect is up and running it has the channels we want and it's a lot cheaper... And they don't tell us we have to watch liberal news.

Fine. Enjoy your new service. They want miss you. Just another needle in the haystack!

They will miss us when we all leave. Unless they are planning on shutting directv down. But I guess they can afford to do that for liberals.

And I am sure that there are many more people feel that this no longer the America that is Land of the Free. 

I will start to look for another provider that support Newsmax & OAN.

If you say we can just load an app for these channels, why don't you the same for the Fake news channels??? Why do you treat your costumers this way???

Direct TV your values now disgust me.

The "you" here is just another customer like yourself. You have an issue, then voice your concern to a support rep via Twitter or Facebook. No one here controls any content broadcast via the service.

This is a a public forum of other customers. So have no more control over this than any of you.

DirecTV and Newsmax didn't reach an agreement by the deadline, so negotiations have stalled out. Normally in that situation negotiations would start back up, but could take some time for channel to return.

This is not the same as the OANN dispute. On that one it was announced that negotiations wouldn't even happen and the agreement would just be allowed to expire. That time AT&T/DirecTV said goodbye to the channel as had no chance of staying.

Who cares! The network is free. Just download the app and watch live content free! Save yourself the cost of a subscription to DirecTV Stream and go with another service. Never look back!

Pathetic excuse! Just use the app.
