Taking my favorite channel??????!!!!???!!!! Please leave my access to what FEW CHANNELS I HAVE!!!

They are negotiating a new carraige agreement. Newsmax might pull the feed if they don't get a new agreeement in time, but that is their right. If that happens, it would be back once they hash out the new terms.

As TV providers don't own the channels, there is no guarantee on any channel always being there. If you only watch a few channels out of the many you have, I would review the packages to be sure you are not in a higher one than you use.

Appears that DTV and Newsmax didn't reach an agreement by the contract deadline so Newsmax removed their feed to DTV.  Most contracts expire at midnight.

Ugh, hope if the negotiations continue it will not be for much longer. That way people can get back to watching their favorite programs or seek other options if a new agreement is never reached.

It is being reported that Direct TV is possibly dropping NEWSMAX tonight (Jan 24) at midnight.  they dropped "One American News".  If they/ you drop NEWSMAX I will drop AT&T.  I will move my cell phone service to your competitor.  It seems as if you are controlling the political views that  you don't like.
