Newsmax Dropped from programing
Your explanation of why you dropped Newsmax is not believable. Just like you dropped OAN it appears that you are deliberately trying to
eliminate networks that are pro conservative and therefore controlling the mindset of your audience to favor liberalism.
Why don't you drop CNN, MSNBC, etc to be fair!! I"m very upset with how the media is working with the socialist to brainwash the
American public with their gaslighting ways!!

That decision (carriage disagreement between DIRECTV and NEWSMAX) was not caused by any of us. We are just customers exactly like you who have just dealt with this situation, whether or not we actually watched NEWSMAX.
DIRECTV and NEWSMAX are still trying to work toward an agreement, although it may seem to many that DIRECTV is 100% not bringing Newsmax back (could be the outcome after all).
So, the most I can suggest for you right now is to either cancel if you don’t want to deal with this anymore or just wait it out a few more days to see if something gets going.

I have been a customer of ATT for a long, long time. I don't agree with your company's efforts to doorstop opinions. Why would ATT want to succumb to the will of a group that is afraid of dialogue and the testing of differing views and opinions? I can't think of a reason to continue to do business with a company that does not support the free flow of ideas and opinions. Your inability to practice fairness with your customers, all while claiming to be a reliable utility, will likely prove to be the beginning of a quick and dangerous decent of this telecommunications company. Time will tell. Consider how the viewership of legacy media has changed since a vast portion of the population learned of the media's dishonesty. Why would you want to follow in their footsteps? Please reconsider your position and put your customers first. Don't allow mob-think to take over your company. WE do have options and wouldn't you like to be our best choice? I love Newsmax and the absence of this network would not cause me to switch back to the less than honest alternatives. What do you think, ATT?

I don’t work for AT&T. I’m a customer like you on a public forum. And, just so you don’t get confused in the future, AT&T and DIRECTV are two separate companies since TPG now has a 30% stake.

I made this comment on ATT forum & it was CLOSED & I was referred to this Forum to Comment. ATT still owns a share of DirectV & ATT owns HBO I believe. I am a 12 year subscriber to DirecTV & have had AT&T cell service for 15 years. I am EXTREMELY disappointed that DirecTV is cancelling Newsmax. If this is not resolved with Newsmax being restored To DirecTV & ATT I will be cancelling my subscriptions ($400/Mo) I hope your Woke audience can pick up the slack.

I believe you have made a tremendous mistake in removing Newsmax. I realize there are people who want to hear people such as Chuck Todd bend the truth on the NBC networks, But I fail to see who would fight to retain the left leaning Vice.

Thanks, turns out it's far easier than I thought it would be. I will be getting the content I need and want for far less and weather patterns won't interrupt service!
