My direct phone app does not work and I can’t watch or open any shows

When trying to open the down loaded app on my phone to view a show, I get a pop up that says, “can not open the contents, please try again later”.

I called ATT, and was transferred several times, and no one was able to get this fixed.

I was able a few months ago to open and view shows without any issues, but now I can’t.

Tried removing the Directv app and reinstalling it, and still no success.
