Lifetime channel 252 what happened

I've watched and had this channel for almost 20 years just as long as we've been using Direct TV 20 YEARS!!. the channel was no longer available so I called and opted back in almost 6 months ago. Since I got that channel back we've never been able to stream shows from that channel just watch live TV. 

How can I get my lifetime channel 252 back to how it was before they made us opt back in. I call and no one knows anything I ask for a manager and no manager or anyone is available. 

We've been with this company for so long but this may be the tipping point for us and all our homes to switch companies if this doesn't get resolved. 

Someone send help!

This is a public forum full of other customers. If you opted in for these channels several months ago, I don’t know why you wouldn’t be able to get them now. What error code do you receive? What is the receiver model? If you have more than one TV, does this happen on multiple? Have you tried a red button reset? Additionally, have you tried refreshing your receivers online (your DIRECTV.com online account) ?
