I can't access my directv billing through my ATT login anymore

I log into ATT - the webpage redirects me to the DirecTV site which says I am billed my another provider and to go to that site to access my billing information. The ATT site doesn't even let me access my profile. It just sends me to the DirecTV site! I haven't been able to see my statements for over 6 months, but yet I get payment reminders from ATT. When I call ATT to straighten this out they transfer me to DirecTV who transfers me back to ATT. When I asked for copies of my statements because I can't access them I was told there will be a charge!!!! I'm so frustrated I am ready to go with another provider!

Since AT&T and DIRECTV are now two separate companies all management for your satellite service is being done on the directv site. Thus, since your account was previously being managed from the AT&T site, during the migration process where your account was transferred to directv.com, there have been some delays and issues with account management. This included stuff like viewing your bill, seeing and managing programming, managing your equipment, etc.

For the time being, if you’d like to converse with an agent about your bill you should call DIRECTV (number in my greeting below) and say ‘billing’ to the robot.

I need copies of my 2022 statements for taxes and DirecTV reuses to waive the charge, even though I have no way to access them due to this shift.
