How to Print Return Label
Received letter to recycle old box from AT7T.
I need to print a return label. Having a lot of difficulty printing out label and I have been to the site given in the letter from AT&T without success.

If you cannot print out the label for the complimentary recycling, you could drop it off at a local electronics recycling center instead. Either way, remove the access card first and if you don't get an envelope to return it to DirecTV then dispose of securely like a credit card.
Just to be sure, what are the models of each box you were told to recycle?
