how do i add a user with a separate profile onto my directtv account?
i want to add a friend to my account but i don't want to share favorite channels, etc with him. how do i create a separate profile for him?

i did google it, and it says go to "account users" tab on profiles page, but i don't have this tab anywhere. fyi, i am using a laptop and NOT a mobile device.
