Fox Nation and NFL Programming
Why can't I delete Fox Nation, everytime I try I'm told transaction cannot be completed, try again later.
NFL Programming, since I am an American whom honors our flag, one single American Flag, one single National Anthem, I am too white and not WOKE enough to even think of supporting the Communist backed NFL. I will not pay to support this anti-American venue. Please remove it from my sports package.
One last thing, since you are so (Edited per community guidelines) about the bill being paid on a specific day, once it had been paid , sending out threatening emails is crap. Stop and think, some people only get paid on specific dates, change my due date to the 23rd of the month and it will never be late. Every other company permits setting your due date on bill, why not you?

Your citizenship, color of skin, or "woke" status has nothing to do with how your DirecTV service works. If you don't want the NFL in your programming package, then you must reduce your package below Choice. Channels are not al-a-carte, but packaged. That is how the networks have the TV industry setup.
The billing dates of your DirecTV service are based on when you started service. Your install date is the 1st day of you service cycle.
Day 1 - Service cycle month starts
Day 2 - Bill produces (and paid if on auto bill pay)
Day 20 - Listed due date (if not on auto pay)
Next day 1 - If any past due, late fee charges to account.
Next day 2 - bill produces with late fee and service interuption date if past due unpaid
As long as bill paid (and posted to balance) before cycle starts over, no late fee. As for the emails, those are automatic by the system. It is not someone going in personally to send you a notice.
DirecTV's billing cycle setup has been this way since they started. The bill being due 20 days into the cycle allows for about a 10 day grace period before any late fees would be charged. So as long as you pay in full each cycle, then no problem. As for the emails, of course those will go out until paid. As long as you keep up with your payments, then those notices you can just trash and move on. I wouldn't get bent out of shape over automatic notices.
In any case, we cannot reduce your package or make any other changes to your account. This is a public forum, mostly other customers. For actual DirecTV support, you call them. Though as pointed out, the exact options you want regarding bill dates and per channel selection do not exist with DirecTV. Either reduce your package, or setup a custom favorites list to hide a channel you will not watch.

You are mistaken, my bill is due on the 15th, I have asked to move it to the 23rd, they refuse and Levi a late fee as of the 15th.

You cannot move your due date. That has not been an option for DirecTV. The agent is not refusing as they don't have a way to do it in the first place.
If your bill is due on the 15th but you get a late fee on the 15th then something doesn't add up. Late fee should only charge if bill cycle starts over with a past due amount. It should work exactly as I put above. I would check the dates on your DirecTV bill to be sure on what is bill date (produced and mailed), service dates (start thru end date of cycle). I would also check to see if it shows a carry over past due.
Otherwise if you actually are getting a late fee charged on the listed due date, then I would call DirecTV as that would be a problem.

Then it’s time for a BBB complaint if you can’t get through to them.
Otherwise, ask for retention department. You can do this by calling DIRECTV and saying ‘cancel’ to the robot.

If over the phone is not getting a resolution, then a BBB complaint would be the next step.
To be sure this is for DirecTV (the traditional satellite service) and not DIRECTV STREAM?
You could also screen shot the bill (with personal info removed) and perhaps another user could see something to clear up regarding the late fee and due date conflict you describe.
