Directv Satellite customer Migrated to new Directv app NO Channels

I have migrated to the new app and do not see any of my Directv Satellite subscription channels. I do however see my recorded DVR shows, but the app only shows HBO streaming channels. When I check my account under settings in the app, it shows Package: Genre+Genre+Basic+Genre.

I have Directv Premier package and none of my channels are showing up in the app.

@khunsu if I were you, I would continue to use the older 'DIRECTV On the Go' app until all the bugs are fixed in the new app.

When launching the older app, it will say to update to the NEW DIRECTV app. Please click 'Continue' to be sent to the new app but then go to Multitasking on your device to choose the old 'DIRECTV On The Go' app. The pop-up will no longer appear and you can use the older app as normal.
