Wow '91? You must have been an acquired PrimeStar then (DirecTV didn't start until '94). That's quite a ride with all the changes to service and equipment since then.
Hopefully you'll get a DM from the official forum team. Otherwise there is calling and requesting a supervisor to leave good feedback (though understandably calling is not the first preference these days for any company).
