Directv changed my local channels to the wrong set.

I moved from Greensboro NC area in 2020 to VA, just 3 miles from the NC border.  The Directv tech set up our TV to continue to get the Greensboro NC local channels as well as "local" channels from Roanoke VA.  ( 2 hour drive away - not local)  We were set for 17 months.  Now they have dropped my NC local channels but kept VA "local" channels.  We are so far away from Roanoke that we are never included in any weather at all.  Its too far away.  Why cant I continue to get the local NC channels that do include my area in the weather forecasts?

My zip-code is in Virginia but I am located in the NC area, not 2 hour drive from Roanoke.
