DIRECTV breached contract with us by deplatforming NEWSMAX & OAN that we paid for; we want reimbursement

My wife & I have been DIRECTV customers for about 20 years.  As part of the package we paid for, we wanted cable news stations OAN & NEWSMAX.  Now that DIRECTV deplatformed OAN & NEWSMAX, DIRECTV breached their contract with us, committed consumer fraud and false advertising, as well as contractual fraud, and violated good faith & fair dealing. 

My wife and I demand that DIRECTV either put OAN and NEWSMAX back on their cable news lineups, or reimburse us the $100/MO. average we paid for the past 240 months (20 years), which is about $25,000 for the breach of contract, false advertisement, consumer fraud, contractual fraud, and violations of good faith and fair dealing.   

Recently, we received an e-mail from the DIRECTV President who said NEWSMAX wasn't negotiating in good faith, after DIRECTV said that they deplatformed NEWSMAX for financial reasons.  This is not only 1 lie, but 2 lies. 

DIRECTV made $3 BILLION in profit in 2022.  NEWSMAX asked for a small registration fee and was denied when DIRECTV CEO said he would never pay their fee--even though the other failing left-wing, liberal cable news stations like CNN, MSNBC, and others got huge fees and were losing viewership and money. 

NEWSMAX is the NO. 4 top cable news show, and No. 20 overall cable programs.  They were making money for DIRECTV & AT&T, but their conservative viewpoint does not fit the woke, leftist-fascist ownership. 

Therefore, my wife and I demand that DIRECTV either put OAN & NEWSMAX back on, or DIRECTV can send us a check for $25,000, and everyone else a check, for breach of contract, false advertising, consumer fraud, contractual fraud, violated good faith and fair dealing, violations of First Amendment Prohibitions Against CENSORSHIP!!!!!!!
