DirectTV Service Interruptions

(13) times this afternnon, my DirectTV service was interrupted. The programming cut out and went back to the home screen...13 times. I called them, and they had no explanation . ( Of course, they have an explanation. They just don't want to tell me that their system is garbage). DirectTV is a major joke.
