Cancellation of Newsmax
Your claim that Newsmax by asking for a fee has led to its cancellation is a misstatement of facts. Almost all your other cable networks receive fees, most being less popular with fewer viewers. Your misinformation and capitulation to this wok agenda and suppression of conservative views along with the cancellation of OAN will lead me to seek other sources for my TV, internet and cellular services. I hope many others will join me in sharing their disgust with your decision by vacating your services.

The contract expired so newsmax removed their feed to DTV. All TV providers pay the channels to be carried by them, even the streaming services.

I agree with you 100%!! First it was OAN, then Newsmax! Everything about this is wrong, AT&T should stop dropping the few conservative news stations available to no less than one half of all Americans. This action is discriminatory and unfair. I have had Direct TV for well over 20 years, but will not continue using their services if this action is not reversed. Shame on AT&T!!

Don’t take it AT&T is wrong to be pressured by an investment group to cancel NEWSMAX. GO WOKE GO BROKE!

Since we live in a rural part of the country we can’t get local channels and are stuck with satellite. AT&T has screwed direct tv up ever since the purchased it and we all get screwed in the process. Dish isn’t much better but it looks like it’s time for a change.

Posting about Newsmax on here is not going to change anything folks. It's about the agreement and the costs. Newsmax got a swollen head syndrome thinking to carry their network on a system should cost more than that actual worth. It's still a relatively small group of individuals that are fans of the channel. It is a very special select group of individuals we know this, however it's about the $$$$.

May I offer some options; Look at a TIVO OTA system along with a Firestick will give you so much more FREE. I see OANN, NewsMax and all the rest FREE. I live in a deep southern rural area and still get over 35+ channels on a small antenna. I used the mounting for the "dish" for the mast and put up an channel master antenna. Now with all the streaming options I have a lot more options and all free. The TIVO OTA is a DVR to record all the shows going through the TIVO box and it also has a "skip" feature to bypass commercials. One TIVO box with the mini can be used throughout the house. As long as you have internet access you can get so much more free.

@Nocalifornia I dropped DTV and AT&T when they dropped OANN. I found a much better way and saved allot. The TIVO OTA and an antenna (using the mounting from the DTV dish) gave me so much more than DTV. When you have internet on the TIVO OTA, Firestick and the antenna you have a plethora of streaming and over the air options not available on DTV. I also dropped the AT&T phone for Patriot Mobile with the same plan for 1/3 the cost and on the same network too.
