If you mean someone over the phone in customer service, then you speak to a supervisor to submit your complaint. Or callback and request a supervisor.

Im sorry but Websters dictionary defines a threat as something implied that would harm another. I have NOT said I was going to harm anyone. He also said no one cares. How does he know that. Did he ask everyone? That line "no one cares" is mentioned verbatim in the new no bullying laws. I am more disappointed than ever in direct it seems you all are condoning bullying.  How do I report this to the proper authorities here on the forum??

I guess that bullying being accepted on this site means that no one really does care. I guess I should just go kill myself. Is that were this is headed. You can NOT allow someone to say things like this to other forum members no matter how rude they may seem. This is exactly how low self esteem people end up dead. Dish is not only allowing it you're condoning it by ignoring it. This needs to be dealt with. Or authorities ( police  ) need to be involved. This is very personal to me. I will not allow a co to get away with bullying.  Looking forward to hearing how this is going to be dealt with. 

I have taken screenshots of the bullying just in case you all decide the authorities should get involved. Thank you for your help. This can not go unaddressed. 

Someone disagreeing with you doesn't rise to the threshold of bullying and I'm having a hard time seeing that you're in-fact being bullied.  I suspect you'll say that now I'm gaslighting you.  Whatever, I don't have the energy to deal with your specious claims.

I took a look in the other thread. There was a disagreement, a bit rough, but no bullying or threats (in the hostile sense, as "threatening" to move on to another service or seek a replacement isn't helpful as this is a public forum of other customers, so "departure notices" aren't constructive just annoying and not appreciated).

I see @JefferMC stepped into that thread to pull everyone back into constructive discussion. So that should resolve it there. But wanting to take to authorities, mentioning "bullying laws", etc. is making a mountain out of a molehill suggests you haven't experienced actual bullying so cannot recognize it. Two people arguing or snarking back and forth at each other is not it.

People can get a bit heated. You'll just have to learn to deal with it at the appropriate level.

it is not a claim Jeffer it is in black and white HATE speech. NO DOUBT about it. I will not let this go.

You should realize that we cannot tell if you're a member of any particular group of protected individuals, i.e. whether you have a disability, are of a minority race, male, female, transgender, pansexual, delusional, poor, etc.  Thus any claim that anyone is "discriminating" against you or "bullying" you is horse manure.

you don't have to visually see some one to discriminate against them. I have spoken with the hirer ups Im sure they will be in touch.

No, you don't have to see them, but you do have to be aware to discriminate, and we don't know anything about you, other than you like to create drama and don't seem to actually want to solve the technical problem you initially presented.

There was no "hate speech" (as in attacking the real/perceived identity of the individual or group, which there is nothing in the thread to even hint at such identity factors to begin with) or other form of discrimination. Not getting the answer you like, or being argumentative with another user, is not hate speech or discrimination.

Getting a response saying "move on, no one cares" is an opinion that could have been worded more politely. It certainly was nowhere in the vicinity of bullying.

And the other poster saying "threats aren't appreciated" was bad wording I think. It appeared to be in reference that you were "threatening" to leave and go to another service (not physical violence or other such view of the term). As has been said to others in the forum, this is not an airport but a customer to customer forum, so departure notices are not appreciated since they aren't constructive.

The official forum team offered a couple times to discuss with you in a Direct Message (DM). So this would be a one on one conversation with official support.

To the starting issue, suggestions and possibilities were offered which you seemed to take offense at. Yes the other poster responding roughly as you did was not helping matters. But at the end of the day there was absolutely no bullying or discrimination in that thread. Not being perfectly polite is not the definition of either of those situations.

So please take a step back, take a breath, and read the posts with a clear head to see what actually happened instead of exaggerating the conversation into something it clearly was not.

telling some one "no one cares" is absolutely hate speech. I have confirmed with the police.
