ATT difficulties systems

can not get what seems to me to be a simple thing done: Combine my directv account with the home phone & internet account.  I get multiple bills and multiple statements that I have not paid one are the other.  What to do?  Store visit. chat, phone calls, on line (total fiasco) all to no avail. Results since November 2021 still multiple statements and notices. Since ATT offers multipule services why is there never any where to make a problem with more than on service known.  Your options below still only allow for one choice and no help availible for the other problem

DirecTV and AT&T are now separate companies. You cannot combine those accounts.
