Widespread UverseTV outage information
There is a widespread UverseTV outage reported HERE, on Reddit and Downdetector
Someone posted on Reddit that they received the following confirmation:
Hi there, this is Tamara here from the AT&T Social Media Team. I completely understand the importance to have active connections, and I'm here to help you with the best. As there is a widespread disruption with U-verse services, but be assured we already have our backend team working on it. I'll be diligently following up on this to make sure you've all the services up and running at the earliest.
Wait times for CS was reported up to 9 hours.
Please do not start a new thread and stick with this MEGATHREAD started yesterday.
Don't mess with old people. The older we get, the less "Life in Prison" is a deterrent.

Sadly, I will close this thread as people are unclear on the whole “Please do not start a new thread and stick with this MEGATHREAD started yesterday.” concept. 😢😢😢😢

"Please do not start a new thread and stick with this MEGATHREAD started yesterday."
I've been on forum sites like this since at least 1999. This AT&T one is the only one I've been on where you can start a new thread without being in that specific forum.
Oddly enough (not), this is the only one that has a problem with multiple redundant threads.

Out in Kansas City Missouri too. I had noticed many stations being glitchy to where it was almost impossible to watch. I thought it was my DVR, so I have rebooted it several times over the last week or so. Last night, it locked up about 10pm and not a word from AT&T and cannot even open an online trouble ticket. Thank you for this thread. At least we know it isn't just us. I wonder if this is AT&Ts way of convincing us to drop Uverse for good?
