Why does my tv keep freezing and I keep having to reboot?

I have 3 boxes in total, 2 wireless and 1 wired. about 10 times a day or more my picture freezes and I have to reboot my box or restart my modem or unplug my box. They came out 2 days ago and replaced told me they upgraded both boxes and modem and now it still keeps doing the same (Edited per community guidelines) thing. I was told they are getting rid of U-verse. Is it possible they did not upgrade and just gave me the same kind of box and that's why it is still doing the same thing We have been going through this for over a month with ATT. Every time I call all they do is try and sell me direct tv streaming. I dont want that. Does anybody else have these problems with U-verse and ATT? Im ready to go to comcast!!

Refurbished equipment has been standard operating procedure for a while now.

It keeps freezing. I'd suggest it's a faulty connection or a bad wire. Maybe have them swap out some barrel connectors and remove old wires.

You could also run Ethernet cable from your gateway to your DVR. That may help things.
