A login page opens, put in login and password (this opens my At&t account) , page opens to tell me there is something wrong with my connection. Using uverse interenet.
Sometimes there are server issues in the local VHOs that cause issues for users being served out of that location. If ATThelp doesn't respond here, you can try calling 800-288-2020 and see if you can get someone interested in escalating the issue to your local office. Odds are that you won't, but it's worth a try.

What does it do instead of working?
Do you get logged in?
Do you get any error messages?
I was able to get connected, see the schedule grid, schedule a DVR recording, and watch content live.

I have the Uverse app on iPhone. Admittedly, I haven’t used it in awhile but it’s still working as it should. 🤷♀️
