AT&T (and any other provider) merely provides the methods to watch the programs. You'd be best by contacting the owners of the channels.

CS is 1-800-288-2020 but they have no control over programming. You can file a complaint with the BBB or FCC after the fact.

If you are asking about programming that is still available, but which has been dropped arbitrarily from the ATT lineup, they don't care about your opinion or whether you remain an ATT customer. They have made it essentially impossible to complain about a programming lineup change.
These are really stupid answers. Of course it is obvious that ATT decides what to carry. They decided not to carry OAN and AWE. Don't want to get into politics here but it was the Corporations decision for their own reasons without regard for viewer preferences.
The only reason I'm not dropping ATT is that Spectrum is just as bad and my wife can't learn how to stream TV. If you aren't interested in customer feedback on your programming decisions just say so. Don't add insult to injury with meaningless "answers".
