You'll get your local (regional) channels on your U-200 or higher.
If you want the additional regional channels (Bally, NBCSN and I think one or two others like SNY or NESN), you'll need the HD Premium Package. This requires the HD tier.
Please note that live professional games will be blacked out, as will most replays. This is per league policy and AT&T has no control here.
And yeah, it's always ok to start a new thread vs replying to one where the previous post is over one year old.
