Hi there, @Lvillecajun. We understand that you are getting a white screen, when trying to watch a movie on Starz. We can help with that.

Normally when it comes to a picture concern, it is the HDMI cord. So this is what we are going to do.

First, we are going run the Troubleshooting and Resolve tool right from the TV. Here are the steps:

  1. Press Menu on the U-verse Remote Control.
  2. Scroll down to Help, then press OK.
  3. Select Information.
  4. Scroll to Troubleshoot & Resolve, then press OK.
  5. Select the service you want to troubleshoot and allow the interactive diagnostic test to run and complete.
  6. Follow the onscreen instructions to resolve. Other options may include dispatching a technician or speaking to a Customer Care agent.

Now if that is unable to find the problem with the picture, then we want to turn to physical troubleshooting.

Since, turning of the TV and the receiver did not work, then let's expand upon that.

  1. Turn the TV and receiver off.
  2. Unplug the HDMI cord from both the receiver and from the TV.
  3. Switch ends of the HDMI cord. Make sure the inspect the HDMI ports for any dust and debris. If there is any, try to clean it out as best as possible.
  4. Plug the HDMI cord back in.
  5. Turn the receiver back on and TV. Let it boot up as normal.
  6. Try resuming the movie that you were watching.

If the concern goes away and comes back, then it might be the receiver or just the channel. If that is the case, we can look deeper to see with we can do. Just reply back her,e and we can get started with some more in depth troubleshooting.
