U-verse
I have U-verse. When it all goes down, there is no U-verse forum. I can't find a category for U-verse. Also I don't know if I have AT&T Internet or AT&T fiber or DSL on U-verse. I never know where to post.

AFAIK, they are not shutting Uverse down but 'phasing it out' by no offering it to new customers.
As far a the forum goes, it's still HERE

Thank you for taking the time to answer. The forum you direct me to is only U-verse TV. I am looking for a general U-verse category where I can comment on U-verse TV, Phone or Internet.
I particularly do not know where to go with U-verse internet comments. I don't know which choice applies to U-verse: AT&T Internet, fiber internet, DSL or what.

AT&T removed the U-verse branding from Internet and Phone service nearly 5 years ago. You no longer have U-verse Internet or U-verse Voice; You have AT&T Internet and AT&T Phone, because the names have been changed to protect the marketing people's paychecks.
There is no forum for a "combined" question. Try to decide if your question is mostly Internet or mostly TV and put the question there. If it's an overall connection problem (they all go out), I'd put that in Internet.
