U-verse won't let me watch local programming on iPad last 2 days.

U-verse won't let me watch local programming on iPad for a last 2 days. I tried every possible way that can i do to fix the issue but i am unable to resolved the issue that why it is not allowing me to watch through local programming on iPad.For a couple of days i am vey tired that's why i am here to ask the question and want a reliable answer to fix this issue with me. Kindly someone help me to sort out this issue or tell me is the issue persists only with me or this is a common issue with everyone in the community of AT&T.

If the issue is not common then why i am facing this issue.

Currently, we suggest making sure you have your location data on, and that the app is updated to it's most recent version.

 

In the meantime, please let us know the following:

  • What AT&T U-verse plan do you currently have? This will help us know if there have been any changes to your lineup.
  • Are you getting any error messages when trying to watch local channels? This will directly let us know which troubleshooting steps we can take to resolve this for you.
  • Which local channels are currently having this issue? It could be that the local channels have currently decided not to be streamed via the U-verse application, but we would need to know the channels before being able to confirm that.
