Uverse tv not working
I have been an ATT customer for several years. About 5 days ago my tv screen started freezing after about 10seconds of play. I changed channels and that channel played for about 10 seconds and froze. I waited then the screen went to lost signal message. I checked my neighborhood forum and a few people were having some tv/internet issues and we all placed a ticket. It has been 6 DAYS now and I have tried 3-4 times to get tech support to send a technician to my house. ATT states there is an outage in the area but my neighbors issues have resolved. My internet still works but the tv is still doing the same problem. I have restarted the gateway severaL times, restarted the set top boxes several times. Tv still does not work correctly. Att refuses to send a technician to the house when they see an outage in the area on their computer screen. If there is an outage, why is my house the only one in my neighborhood with the problem??? ATT customer service is the absolute worst when it comes to helping the customer
