U-verse signal lost a dozen times a day / How to log a problem with AT&T?
I get "U-verse signal lost" at least a dozen times a day. Restarting the TV-receiver resolves the problem,
How does one log a problem with AT&T? The ConnectTech link just gives "session timed out".

Call 800.288.2020 when the problem occurs, so that support can get a look at your line and equipment status. These calls will create a history in the system for future reference.
