U-Verse programming and cost issue

I have been a customer for about seven years, since it was introduced in my area. I used to get printed information through the mail about U-Verse programming including a list of channels and information about changes to the channel line-up. Now, it seems the only way I can get such info is by searching through the long list of channels on the Internet. Why can't U-Verse mail out quarterly channel line-ups or email them to subscribers? The only programming information I now get by email is my "complimentary movie guide" which is nothing more than U-Verse trying to get me to spend money for on-demand movies. At the very least, programming/channel changes could be posted to the "message center" on my television? I also would like to make known some channels not currently available that I would like to see included (I have U-450), such as TVG, in addition to TVG2. I've tried contacting a knowledgable person by phone but that has gotten me nowhere. In fact, it is very difficult to understand the people who work at the call center. Obviously, most are not native English speakers. Can someone please help me. I'm paying over $220 a month for TV and Internet and feel I am not getting my money's worth.

Thanks for the info. And thanks for adding TVG to the program line-up.

The OP is right. I'm sure @skeeterintexas remembers the old U-Guide magazine, back when it came monthly and had news in it. AT&T needs to be more...ummm...commnicative when channel renewals or additions happen. Too many people have no idea that a channel is added or taken away until it happens.

I do remember the U-Guide magazine @baseballisback and if I'm not mistaken some subs COMPLAINED that it was a waste of postage and paper!
